- Stock Prowler has a 31 tooth (drive) and 34 tooth (driven) gear set. This is a 1.09:1 ratio
- G-Force performance gears have a 39 tooth (drive) and 28 tooth (driven). This is a 1.4:1 ratio
- Net effect is a final drive ratio which is 27 % higher than factory.
- G-Force performance gears are 1-3/4 " wide with a single OEM chain.
- Shift points will be at a 27 % lower speed with no change in engine rpm.
- Engine rpm at any given speed will be 27 % higher with G-Force gears installed.
- ie at 50mph engine rpm of 1475 will be become 1875 rpm with the gears installed.
- Installation instructions and electronic speedometer adapter documentation included
It makes it feel like a 40-50 hp gain and becomes a real tire burner.

1997-2002 Prowler Special Anode Radiator Cap
Our cap has a sacrificial anode that stops Electrolytic Metal Erosion (EME) inside the cooling system of your Prowler's V-6 engine. Automotive cooling systems, especially aluminum blocks that includes our Prowlers (and many other cars) carries a slight positive charge. This will cause erosion of the aluminum engine components that come in contact with the coolant. The sacrificial anode is immersed in the coolant tank and because it's a "softer" metal, the EME attacks it instead and extends the life of all metal components in the coolant system. The anode will be eroding out and saves your radiator and cooling system.

A Wonder Bar is a direct bolt in replacement for the stock stabilizer bar that offers an amazing difference in your Prowler’s ride quality.
By utilizing a smaller diameter and hollow tube, the Wonder Bar allows your front wheels to operate more independently and smooth out your ride. The Wonder Bar has less tensional strength than the stock stabilizer bar and gives a noticeable difference in ride quality over rough road surfaces or when one wheel hits a pothole or bump.
Your Prowler’s effective spring rates are not compromised for straight line driving but are lessened while one wheel reacts independently of the other or during cornering or over bumps.
You will notice a very slight increase in body roll during hard cornering but will also notice a marked increase in front traction.

We have developed an affordable Fire Extinguisher System that includes a Fire Extinguisher, quick release, and floor mount for the Prowler. The quick release allows it to be quickly removed in case of a fire or to simply move the seat for access to the cd changer or amp under the seat and reattaches when finished. The Fire Extinguisher is 1.4 water based that is effective for all fire types, including wood, paper, fabric, grease, gasoline, diesel, electrical fires, and even lithium-ion battery fires but won't leave that corrosive residue.

You will immediately see how restrictive the stock Prowler muffler is by the burned or blue coloration of the canister.
For additional flexability the stock Prowler tip mufflers can be removed using a 3/16” drill on the two rivits per tip. Simply drill until the rivit head pops off and then tap out the remaining rivit body using a punch suitable for the hole size. With a pair of pliers grip the inner pipe flange and pull out the cartidge. Should the sound levels rise above personal taste simply reinstall the tip muffler using stainless rivits.

One of our newest vendors 3d printed these and they work beautifully. Printed with petg filament due to its high melting point of 425F and 80% triangle infill (inner structure), their strength is in downward force. The 1/4" fits both doors and 1/8" is included if you have one of the odd balls that won't open far enough as we have see on a few on the passenger side. Quite a bit easier to get in and out now.

Complete upper and lower chassis braces with a choice for the upper brace. The lower brace is a standard lower suspension brace. With the upper, you can choose from the matching upper brace (same as the lower brace design) that has a small Kat emblem or our new Large Kat brace that is a 4 hole larger brace.
Our Braces are made from Aircraft 6061 T6 Aluminum. They will strengthen the rigidity of the frame up front, and also improves the handling while reducing the harsh ride when rolling over those rough roads.
Kit includes all necessary hardware with installation instructions. Fit 1997 - 2002 Plymouth/Chrysler Prowlers. Kat emblem is embossed on the upper support. Clear Anodized for a long lasting finish.
